One number per line, any format. Texts from these numbers count as spam and stay out of the conversation and reply figures. Saving takes effect at the next nightly run, for the days it recomputes (the last 11 days); older days keep their old figures unless the aggregator is rerun for them.

RingCentral Call Records export or the Approved Contact monthly usage export (MonthlyReportData.xlsx) for texts. Pick several at once. Whatever days a file covers are replaced, so re-uploading an overlapping period is safe.
