RingCentral Call Records export, the two email CSVs from the Power Automate flow, or the Approved Contact monthly usage export (MonthlyReportData.xlsx) for texts. Pick several at once: the Inbox and Sent exports have to be read together, or every email thread looks unanswered. Whatever days a file covers are replaced, so re-uploading an overlapping period is safe.
